万方数据 万方数据 作者签名： 日期： 年 月 日 导师签名： 日期： 年 月 日 ZCGC 集团战略转型创新研究 摘 要 近年来，随着浙江省逐步推进产业转型升级、加快发展现代服务 业，ZCGC 集团作为浙江省服务行业领先企业，处在一个前所未有的 的战略机遇期，但其现有的传统商业模式也受到了电子商务等新兴商 业模式的挑战。ZCGC 集团要在残酷的市场竞争中立于不败之地，保 持产业领先地位，就必须拥有领先的发展模式。基于这一目的，围绕 ZCGC 集团战略转型与商业模式创新这一课题来展开研究。 本文通过战略管理理论的引入，运用波特五力模型、SWOT 分析 法、PESTEL 模型来分析 ZCGC 集团所处的内外部环境，所面临的机 遇与挑战，分析企业所处的生命周期。通过演绎递进的分析框架，详 细剖析了 ZCGC 集团战略管理方面面临的问题和困境，得出 ZCGC 集团应该在立足现有战略，进一步转型升级，以客户价值为导向，创 新营运模式和盈利模式、创新管理模式，提出战略转型的思路、路径 和实施对策。从相比发达国家服务业尤其是金融服务业、专业服务业、 商贸流通业等所占的比重而言，我国目前服务业占比远不及发达国 家，得出结论：中国要向先进国家转变，必须大力发展金融服务、专 业化服务业和商贸流通业，进一步提出以商贸金融服务业为核心的多 元化发展的策略，对 ZCGC 集团战略转型与商业模式创新有一定指导 意义。 关键词：ZCGC 集团，商业模式，战略创新，实施对策 I 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT In recent years, with the gradual promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading, accelerate the development of modern service industry, ZCGC group as a leading enterprise in Zhejiang Province, it’s in the unprecedented period of strategic opportunities, and the existing traditional business model has also been the challenge of e-commerce and other new business models. ZCGC group wants to keep the invincible position and maintain the leading position in the industry,it is necessary to have a leading development model. Based on the purpose, there is a research topic about the ZCGC group ‘s strategic transition and business model innovation. In this paper, through the strategic management theory introduced by Michael Porters five forces model, SWOT analysis method, PESTEL model to analyze the internal and external environment of the ZCGC group,the opportunities and challenges, enterprises life cycle. Through the analysis of the framework, the problems and difficulties faced by ZCGC groups strategic management are analyzed in detail.
