万方数据 万方数据 中文摘要 信息技术的飞速发展，企业管理信息化高度发达的今天，企业能否将内外部 资源进行整合，实现信息数据标准化，业务流程合理化、决策支持有效化等目标， 使得企业在激烈的市场竞争中独占鳌头。ERP 系统的诞生，借助当今信息时代的 技术，实现企业管理水平的提高和综合竞争实力的增强，巩固企业的竞争地位。 ERP 系统的实施，既是机遇，也是挑战。如何使企业提高经济效益，如何科学系 统地对 ERP 实施进行绩效评价，是企业在实施 ERP 面临的问题。 本文首先通过对 ZKSY 公司进行调研，对企业的的组织机构、业务流程进 行重组，并对 ERP 实施过程中的实施目标， ERP 需求分析，流程设计进行调研。 然后借鉴国内外对于 ERP 绩效评价的相关理论如：平衡计分卡法、绩效棱柱理 论、层次分析法和模糊综合评价法等，通过专家调查法建立 ERP 评价指标，组 织环境、信息质量、ERP 供应商质量、实施组织情况、业务处理水平、系统收益 和员工素质七个一级指标，对 ERP 实施过程的绩效进行评价，并通过绩效评价 理论建立 ERP 综合评价模型，对 ZKSY 公司进行评价，得出评价结果。通过对 ERP 系统实施过程的研究，制定 ERP 实施效果评价指标，对 ERP 实施进行全面 的评价，检查 ERP 实施现状，指导 ERP 的有效实施，使 ERP 系统能够持续改进， 不断完善，给企业带来经济效益。 关键词：企业资源计划；绩效评价；层次分析法；模糊综合评价法 ABSTRACT Nowadays, under the background that information technology is rapidly developing and enterprises management informatization is getting highly developed, we do not know if these enterprises are able to integrate internal and external source to accomplish information data standardization,business process rationalization and decision support effectuation.By the means above,these enterprises will be the no.1 in market competition.Now the ERP system has been born,which will improve the management level of enterprises ,enhance comprehensive competition of enterprise and consolidate the competitive position of enterprises by using the information technology nowadays.The implementation of the ERP system is not only a chance but also a challenge to the enterprise.Personally speaking, the enterprises must put more attention on how to improve their financial profit when they use the system.
