No obvious acute toxicology appeared in the groups of irrigation stomach group, and the LD50 in peritoneal injection group were 2542.8, 3279.5 and 1951.0 mg·kg-1, respectively for DMF, DM and MLDH. The drug delivery system of DMF was provided with low toxicity, and a better biocompatibility. Modify with Dextran could significantly reduce the toxicity levels of magnetic carriers MLDH. Study on the bound ratio of bovine serum albumin to 5-Fluorouracil loaded by a ―dextran-magnetic LDH-Fluorouracil‖ transfer model To determine the binding ratio of bovine serum albumin to 5-Fluorouracil loaded by the delivery model of Dextran-Magnetic LDH-Fluorouracil (DMF), and evaluate the converting in binding parameters of 5-FU to bovine serum albumin. The concentration of 5-FU was determined by HPLC internal rat method, and the binding ratio of 5-FU to bovine serum albumin was assayed with a method of equilibrium dialysis within bag membrane. The binding ratio of 5-FU in original and DMF delivery model to bovine serum albumin were 21.8~7.03% and 15.3~3.60%, respectively. The bound parameters Kp in original model and DMF delivery model were 58.97 L·mmol -1and 47.33 L·mmol -1, the binding site n were 0.057and 0.043, the apparent binding force constant βp were 0.91μmol·g-1and 0.80μmol·g-1, and the dissociation constant Kdp
