泌尿外科院外留置导尿管应用延续护理价值分析 　　摘 要 目的：?^察对泌尿外科院外留置导尿管患者使用延续护理的效果。方法：收集2015年8月至2016年6月泌尿外科院外留置导尿管患者40例，分为对照组（20例）和观察组（20例）。对照组接受常规护理，观察组采用常规护理联合延续护理。采用自我护理能力测定量表和健康行为量表分别评估两组出院前1 d、3个月和6个月的自我护理能力和健康行为。结果：观察组出院后3和6个月的自我护理能力评分分别为（140.82±32.73）分和（161.14±9.38）分，对照组分别为（118.69±31.57）分和（130.06±12.33）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P均0.05）。观察组出院后3和6个月的健康行为量表评分分别为（155.15±28.42）分和（189.09±12.35）分，对照组分别为（135.17±30.86）分和（150.23±20.79）分，观察组显著高于对照组（P均0.05）。结论：在院外留置导尿管患者的护理中，延续护理能显著提高患者的自我护理能力，形成健康的行为习惯，值得推广应用。 　　关键词 延续护理；泌尿外科；院外留置导尿管；护理 　　中图分类号：R695 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）20-0026-03 　　Analysis of the value of continuous nursing care for indwelling catheter outside hospital in urinary surgery department 　　ZHOU Nvying（Department of Urology Surgery of Fengcheng People，s Hospital of Fengcheng， Fengcheng 331100， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the effect of continuous nursing care for patients with indwelling catheter outside the hospital in urinary surgery department. Methods： From August 2015 to June 2016 40 cases of indwelling catheter outside hospital in urinary surgery department were collected， and divided into a control group （20 cases） and an observation group（20 cases）. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group received routine nursing combined with continuous nursing care. The self care ability test scale and the health behavior scale were adopted to assess the self-care ability and health behaviors of the two groups at 1d before discharge and 3 and 6 months after discharge. Results： The self-care ability scores of the observation group after 3 and 6 months after discharge were （140.82±32.73） points and （161.14±9.38） points， and those of the control group were （118.69±31.57） and （130.06±12.33） points， respectively， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.
