XY XY 集团公司管控体系研究 i i XY 集团公司管控体系研究 摘 要 在经济全球化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下，一大批国企纷纷转型，而集团化发展是 一个重要的潮流。但在这个转型过程中，存在很多因素制约着集团企业运营和发展，其中 的一个重要问题就是母子公司之间的作用机制失效而引发了集团公司的各种管控问题，母 子公司之间的管控权力分配是否科学是集团公司管控模式的关键因素。为此，本文结合 XY 集团公司的实际情况，在对集团公司类型与运营型管控模式、战略型管控模式和财务型管 控模式等进行分析的基础上，设计了 XY 集团公司的管控体系。 本文的主要研究内容：首先，对集团公司管控类型及管控模式分析。以集团管控分类 及其特征入手，从理论上对集团管控模式进行分析，从实践上对我国集团公司管控模式上 存在的问题进行了总结，最后选取了管控模式评价指标，构建了集团公司管控模式评价矩 阵。其次，集团公司管控系统方案构建及应用。结合 XY 集团公司的管控实践，分析了 XY 集团公司管控上存在的问题，提出了管控体系设计原则及思路，进行了 XY 集团 5 个子公 司管控模式选择。最后，提出了管控模式绩效评价方案，并分析了管控绩效评价要素。 关键词：集团公司；类型；管控模式；管控体系；管控绩效评价 河北 河北工业大学 EMBA 学位论文 RESEARCH ON THE MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEM OF XY GROUP ABSTRACT In the background of high degree of economic globalization and the competitive market, a large number of state-owned enterprises have transformation, and group’ development is an important trend of the international situation. But in the process of transformation, there are many factors restricting enterprise operation and development, one of the important problems is the failure mechanism between subsidiary and Group Company which cause control problem of Group Company. It is the key factor of control mode between subsidiary company and Group Company Whether control power distribution is scientific. In the views of operation model, strategic type control model, and financial control mode, this paper select the subject of Group Company control system as the research object. The research content of this paper include: firstly, it introduces the classification and characteristics of group company control, from the theoretical perspective ， it analyze the management control mode, from the practice perspective, it summary the problems of management and control mode in China, it selects some control model evaluation index, and puts forward the group company control mode matrix.
