“两型社区”公共服务体系构建——以武汉市发展社区为例 “两型社区”公共服务体系构建——以武汉市发展社区为例 IV IV the community gradually. The core is to cultivate a new community life style of “energy conservation and environmental friendly”. The purpose is to promote the life quality of the community residents. The first part of this paper introduces the background, sense, and research method and innovation point. And also conclude related research about community service in home and aboard. The second part introduces the theoretical background and the important meaning of the “Two-Oriented community” public service construction. The third part firstly introduces the status quo of the Wuhan Fazhan community public service system construction through case study, than get the evaluation about the “Two-Oriented community” public service system construction from the residents through the questionnaire survey. The fourth part analyses the problems in Wuhan Fazhan community from the evaluation. The fifth part introduces home and aboard cities’ community service pattern and their successful experiences which are benefit for the Fazhan community. The sixth part gives some suggestions to consummate the public construction under the theory of “Two-Oriented Community”. The ending gets a conclusion of the paper. According this paper, the ideal mode of “Two-Oriented Community” public service system construction should be like this: the government gets a strategic and overall layout about the community development from a macroscopic perspective. And applies an essential technical direction, fund and other support.
