PAGE PAGE 10 中 文 摘 要 目的：从中医经典著作《黄帝内经》中找出有关治疗湿病的方法来预防、 治疗及控制湿病的发生与发展，以冀更好地应用于临床。 方法：在精读《黄帝内经》的基础上，从文献学角度对《黄帝内经》祛 湿法的理论及后世的运用进行了整理研究。 结果：《黄帝内经》对湿邪的产生及湿病的病因病机、临床表现、治疗法 则都有较详细的论述。提出了一整套解表祛湿法、芳香化浊法、温阳化 湿法、苦温燥湿法、清热燥湿法、淡渗利湿法、活血利水法等祛湿法及 其相关理论，创制了鸡矢醴、泽泻饮、兰草汤和半夏汤 4 首中药方剂。 强调运用针灸、导引、按摩等特色疗法治疗湿病。此外，还提出了湿病 的护理及预防。为后世医家研究祛湿法奠定了良好的理论基础。后世对 祛湿法的理论研究、祛湿方药组方配伍规律的研究和临床应用研究，使 祛湿法的内容不断丰富，日趋完善。 结论：《黄帝内经》祛湿法理论的内容颇丰，受到历代医家的重视，成为 后世临床应用的依据和准绳。因此，对《黄帝内经》祛湿法理论进行深 入研究，将其系统化具有十分重要的现实意义，这对于临床辨证施治和 提高疗效，也无疑有着十分重要的作用。 关键词：黄帝内经；祛湿法 Huang Di Nei Jing Qushi law theory and application of future generations Abstract Objective：Expect from the classics of Chinese medicine, Huang Di Nei Jing to find the disease on the treatment of wet methods to prevent, treat and control the occurrence of wetlands and development of disease, objective, so that better clinical application.
