Clark Tugrui.Ansay, which was published by the American company ASPEN. As a mainstream legal textbook Introduction to the Law of the United States has been recognized by the teachers in the American law schools and popular with the law students . This report discusses and analyzes the practical application of the hypotaxis translation strategy and the parataxis translation strategy in this legal translation. Finally, the author summarizes the experience of doing this project. The paper consists of five parts. The first part introduces the background and significances of this project. The second part gives a brief introduction to the hypotaxis translation strategy and parataxis translation strategy. The third part moves on the difficulty problem in this translation . The last part states the experience of the translation.
