万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT Yu Yue (俞樾) is famous for his study of Confucian classics, philology and textual criticism. His works was always in the form of reading notes, with his profound ideas about Confucian classics and the thinkers. Qunjing Pingyi (《群經平議》) is a representative work of his own academic achievement, meanwhile, is also one of the greatest representative works of the academic achievement in Late Qing Dynasty. Under every scripture, he put detailed notes to check the punctuation and literal meaning, analyze the special appearance of grammar and rhetoric, like word flexible uses, object anastrophe, and so on, with many subtle findings. This book is also called as his achievement of collating and explaining classics. He had said that his book could be compared with Jingyi Shuwen (《經義述聞》) by Wang Yinzhi (王引之). This paper studies the materials about grammar senses from Shangshu (《尚書》) and Maoshi (《毛詩》) in Qunjing Pingyi (《群 經平議》), comprehensively and scientifically digs their grammar senses. It is welcomed to analyze and summarize the types of Yu’s grammar senses in these points: analysis of parts of speech, ways of word-formation, word flexible uses, word order, syntax and its analysis method. This paper uses the way of combination with analysis and description to investigate and study every actual example of morphology and syntax, determine and induce them with the same semantic and syntactic characters, and count the examples and types in detail. In this book, there are some terms reflecting his grammar senses: terms like Moumouming (某某名),Yuci (語詞) shows his understanding about parts of speech, terms like Chongyan (重言),Danyan (單言) and Dieyun (疊韻) shows his understanding about ways of word-formation, terms like Wen Tong Yili (文同一例) and Jufa Xiangtong (句法相同) shows his understanding about syntax. It is of big theory significance and academic value to dig the grammar senses of his book roundly and systematically that we can enrich the materials of Chinese history
