II II Abstract Language is the most important symbol system for human communication,its role can not be overlooked in real life. Legislative language is a branch of the langua,legal language is the language expression system of legal texts,which have a great significant for accurately conveying the legislative intent, maintaining legal authority and making the governance in a good law as the carrier of legal information. Learn about the general theory of legislative language in accordance with legislation,legal language refers to the language used in the laws, regulations and rules. It is the language which legislators use in the legislative process , it is written language not spoken language, it is reflected the intent of legislators, legislative purpose and other text carrier of purpose. Standard legislative language should meet the following basic requirements: first, the legislative language should be accurate and concise. Second, the legislative language should be operable; Third, legislative language should be clear and specific; fourth, legislative language should be very strict.Before the Chinas Labor Contract Law introduction ,it is modified for several times, but the combined with the general theory of legislative language and the basic requirements of legislative language standardization ,in the legislative language of Chinas Labor Contract Law , there are still defects in form and substance .Defects in formal is logic, grammar problems, common-sense language problem, punctuation errors. Essentially the defect is a semantic ambiguity, semantic obscure.With the basic requirements of the standardization for legislative language , we should perfect legislative language of Chinas Labor Contract Law according to the following aspects: First, change legislative idea; Second, set up a chapter to require the legislative language in the law; Third, establish the review of legislative language system; Fourth, improve the quality of legislators.According to perfe
