浅析套餐式饮食在糖尿病饮食护理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析糖尿病患者接受套餐式饮食和单纯饮食控制的血糖情况，对套餐式饮食应用于糖尿病护理的效果进行探究。 方法 根据2015年1月―2017年1月该院接收的66例2型糖尿病患者来分析研究，将患者分成试验组和对照组，均有33例。对照组患者接受饮食控制，试验组患者接受个性化饮食套餐。每2个月对身高、体重进行测量，调整方案。在第2个月对患者的空腹喝餐后血糖水平进行检测。36个月时统计患者的血糖控制满意度。 结果 经过治疗，两组的空腹血糖指标均有所下降，治疗前后结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05），试验组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖比对照组低，结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。36个月后，试验组的满意度比对照组高（P0.05）。 结论 糖尿病患者的饮食使用套餐式饮食的效果比单纯饮食控制要更加优秀，临床中可以推广使用。 　　[关键词] 套餐式饮食；糖尿病；饮食护理 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）08（a）-0097-02 　　Analysis of Application of Set-meal Dieting in Diabetes Dieting Nursing 　　WANG Hai-jing， PANG Wen-jun， LIU Bing， Guo Ying 　　ICU， Daqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Daqing， Heilongjiang Province， 163311 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the blood glucose of patients after set-meal dieting and simple dieting control and study the application effect of set-meal dieting in the nursing of diabetes.
