小剂量雌激素联合抗生素治疗绝经后女性复发性尿路感染对患者下尿路功能失调作用 　　【摘要】 目的：探?小剂量雌激素联合抗生素治疗绝经后女性复发性尿路感染对患者下尿路功能失调的作用。方法：选取2016年1-6月本院收治复发性尿路感染并下尿路功能失调患者80例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，两组均根据尿培养检验结果给予敏感抗生素治疗，观察组在敏感抗生素治疗的基础上联合小剂量雌激素治疗，统计两组复发性尿路感染的临床疗效以及治疗前后血清雌二醇（E2）水平，采用国际前列腺症状评分表（I-PSS）评价下尿路功能。结果：观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，两组I-PSS评分均显著降低，且观察组I-PSS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小剂量雌激素联合抗生素能够提高绝经后女性复发性尿路感染的临床疗效，能有效改善下尿路功能失调症状，不失为一种有效的临床治疗手段。 　　【关键词】 复发性尿路感染； 下尿路功能失调； 绝经后女性； 雌二醇 　　Function to Patients of Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction about Small Does Estrin Associate with Sensltive Antibiotic Treat to Postmenopausal Women’s Recurrent Urinary Tract in Fections/ZHAO Jing.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（17）：063-066 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the function to the patients of lower urinary tract dysfunction about small does Estrin associate with antibiotic treatment to postmenopausal women’s recurrent urinary tract in fections.Method：A total of 80 patients with recurrent urinary tract infections and lower urinary tract dysfunction were selected from January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital.According to the random distribution，all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group，40 cases in each group，basing on urine culture inspection result，two groups were given sensitive antibiotic treatment，the observation group was based on sensitive antibiotic treat associate with small does Estrin.The curative effect，and serum estradiol（E2） level before and after treatment，I-PSS evaluation of recurrent urinary tract in fections of two groups were compared.Result：The total efficient rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.After treatment，I-PSS scores in the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased，and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，there were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Small does Estrin associated with antibiotic treatment can imp
