延伸护理在老年骨折患者中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨延伸护理在老年骨折患者中的应用效果。 方法 选取本院2013年1月～2014年12月收治的老年骨折患者152例，随机分为两组，每组76例，研究组实施延伸护理干预措施，对照组实施常规的出院指导，比较两组疾病相关知识、肢体功能康复状况及骨折愈合程度；依从性及生活质量。 结果 研究组疾病知识知晓程度、肢体功能恢复状况及骨折愈合程度得分、依从率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05），两组出院后6个月生活质量评分均较出院时有明显升高，研究组升高的程度明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 老年骨折患者实施延伸护理干预后可增加对疾病知识的了解程度，提高遵医行为依从性，促进疾病康复，提升患者生活质量。 　　[关键词] 骨折；依从性；生活质量；延伸护理 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2016）01-136-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of extended care in elderly fractures patients. Methods 152 cases of elderly fractures patients were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014， all the patients were randomly divided into two groups， there were 76 cases in each group， the patients of the study group were implemented the extended care interventions， the patients of the control group were implemented the general discharge guidance， the disease-related knowledge， physical functional rehabilitation status and degree of fracture healing； compliance and quality of life in two groups were compared. Results The knowledge about the disease， the recovery of limb function and the degree of fracture healing score， the compliance rates of the study group were significantly higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）， quality of life score of two groups on the sixth months after discharge was significantly higher than discharge， the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
