带锁定人工指间关节系统在掌指关节损伤中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨带锁定的人工指间关节系统（self locking finger joint system）在掌指关节损伤中的应用及临床疗效。 方法 选择2012年2月～2014年7月掌指关节损伤和畸形的患者5例（其中2例因为外伤性掌指关节毁损，3例因为类风湿性关节炎导致的关节僵硬、畸形）；全部应用日本原装进口的带锁定的人工指间关节系统进行掌指关节置换。 结果 对本组5例患者进行随访，时间为12～24个月，平均（13.5±1.2）个月。患者疗效优良率80%。术后患者关节VAS评分、DASH量表评分较术前均减低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。术后患者伤口全部一期愈合。随访未发现伤口感染和皮肤坏死，未发现假体断裂及关节脱位。 结论 采用带锁定的人工指间关节系统进行掌指关节置换是治疗手部关节损伤的一个新方法。 　　[关键词] 带锁定的人工指间关节系统；人工关节；关节置换；关节损伤 　　[中图分类号] R687.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）25-0023-04 　　Application of self locking finger joint system in metacarpophalangeal joint injury 　　LU Hongrui XIE Qingping GUO Enqi ZHU Ziguan ZHU Danjie 　　Department of Hand Surgery， Zhejiang Provincial Peoples Hospital， Hangzhou 310014， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and clinical curative effects of self locking finger joint system newly developed internationally in metacarpophalangeal joint injury. Methods 5 patients with metacarpophalangeal joint injury and deformity（2 patients were due to traumatic metacarpophalangeal joint damage， and 3 patients were due to rheumatoid arthritis-induced joint stiffness and deformity） were selected from February 2012 to July 2014； self locking finger joint system imported from Japan was applied to all the patients for metacarpophalangeal joint replacement. Results 5 patients were followed-up， with the period of 12-24 months and the average of（13.5±1.2） months. The good rate was 80%. Joint VAS scores， and DASH scale scores in the patients after the surgery were reduced compared with those before the surgery， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. The wound after the surgery in all the patients were recovered in phase I. Wound infection and skin necrosis were not observed， and implant fractures and joint dislocation in the follow-up visit were not detected. Conclusion Self locking finger joint system for metacarpophalangeal joint replacement is a new method in the treatment of hand joint injury. 　　[Key words] Self loc
