弹性成像常规超声及两者联合诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性价值比较 　　摘要：目的 比较常规超声、弹性成像及两者联合法在诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性中的价值。方法 选取我院2013年～2014年因甲状腺肿物行手术治疗的158例患者，共262个肿物，所有患者术前均行常规超声和弹性成像检查，术后病理结果为诊断金标准，比较常规超声、弹性成像及两者联合法在甲状腺肿物良恶性诊断中的准确性。结果 常规超声组诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性的敏感性、特异性及准确性为：70.15%，77.95%，75.95%；弹性成像组诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性的敏感性、特异性及准确性为：71.64%，83.59%，80.53%；两者联合组诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性的敏感性、特异性及准确性为88.06%，91.79%，90.84%。两者联合法诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性的准确性比任何单一方法都高，且差异均有统计学意义（均P0.05）。结论 常规超声与弹性成像相结合可大大的提高甲状腺肿物良恶性诊断的准确性，有较高的临床应用价值。 　　关键词：甲状腺肿物；常规超声；弹性成像 　　Comparison of the Value of Elasticity Imaging， Conventional Ultrasound and the Diagnostic Value of Benign and Malignant Thyroid Tumors 　　ZHANG Hai-chao，LI Cai-xia，DI Xu，WANG Xin-chao，HAN Lu 　　（Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery，Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital，Tianjin 300140，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To compare the value of Conventional ultrasond ，Ultrasonic Elastography and the union of the two methods in the diagnose of thyroid nodule.Methods Forme August 2013 to December 2014，there were 158 operating patients of thyroid nodules，which had 262 thyroid nodules.All the patients had Conventional ultrasond and Ultrasonic Elastography tests.The pathological diagnosis was the golden standard.To compare the accuracy of dignosis the thyroid nodules in Conventional ultrasond group，Ultrasonic Elastography group and the two combined group.Results In Conventional ultrasond group，the sensitivity、specificity and accuracy of diagnosis the thyroid nodules were 70.15%，77.95%，75.95%；In the Ultrasonic Elastography group they were71.64%，83.59%，80.53%；In the two combined group they were 88.06%，91.79%，90.84%.The accuracy of diagnosis thyroid nodules in the two combined group is higer than there other two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Conventional ultrasond and Ultrasonic Elastography can promote the accuracy of diagnosis thyroid nodes，and there are high clinical application value. 　　Key words：Thyroid nodule；Conventional ultrasond；Ultrasonic Elastography 　　近年来，甲状腺肿物的发病率呈明显的上升趋势，其良恶性的诊断与临床治疗方式密切相关。超声检查虽然对诊断甲状腺肿物良恶性
