浙江工业大学硕士学位论文中小民营企业转型升级问题研究——以温州荣德气阀有限公司为例 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 中小民营企业转型升级问题研究——以温州荣德气阀有限公司为例 万方数据 万方数据 中小民营企业转型升级问题研究 ——以温州荣德气阀有限公司为例 摘 要 改革开放以来，民营经济在经济建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用，不仅向国 人展示出自身旺盛的生命力，也向世界展示出令人惊叹的“中国速度”。但在全 球金融危机后，以温州中小民营企业为代表的中国民营企业也面临着许多困境。 随着劳动成本的上升，以传统制造业为主的中小民营企业的廉价劳动力优势逐步 丧失，全球金融危机引发的世界经济总体形势下滑，人民币不断升值等因素进一 步加大了企业开拓国外市场，扩大出口的难度。另一方面由于传统行业门槛较低， 大量的同类同质商品使企业的销售利润继续摊薄，企业营业额与利润差距进一步 扩大，大量企业面临经营困境，中小型民营企业面临转型挑战。 本文对民营企业的发展历程进行回顾，理清中小型民营企业各方面发展的历 史脉络和发展规律，深刻剖析当前中小型民营企业转型升级中存在的主要问题及 其原因，并在借鉴国际先进经验的基础上提出相应的对策和建议。 本文通过对浙江省多家中小型民营企业进行调查研究并以浙江省温州市荣 德气阀有限公司的转型升级实例进行分析，认为浙江省中小型民营企业既具有灵 活性、竞争性强的优势，又有产品附加值低、管理模式落后的缺陷，随着市场经 济的发展程度越来越高，以传统制造业为主的浙江省中小型企业必须要通过重视 科技创新、改善管理模式、培育企业文化等手段进行产业升级，政府要积极通过 设立企业转型升级引导资金、提供企业担保融资平台、设立企业转型升级孵化器 等手段，为该类企业提供良好的转型升级外部环境。 关键词：中小企业，民营企业，转型升级，案例研究 I Abstract The private economy is playing an increasingly important role in economic development since the reform and opening, they are demonstrating their vitality. Moreover, they are showing to the world the unbelievable “Chinese fast pace”. But after the global financial crisis, as a representative of Chinese private enterprises ,small and medium private enterprises in Wenzhou are also faced with many difficulties. With the rise in labor costs, the cheap labor is no longer an advantage to the traditional manufacturing-based small and medium private enterprises ,meantime, the global financial crisis result in the decline in the overall economic situation in the world, the continuous appreciation of the RMB and many other factors also increase the degree of difficulty for the business to break through foreign markets and expanding exports. On the other hand, due to the low threshold of traditional industries, the sales of a large number of similar homogeneous commodity diluted the profits of the enterprise, the gap between business turnover and profit gap is widening, a large number of enterprises are currently facing financial difficulties, while small and medium private enterprises are facing challen
