Abstract
21st century is a networked age. It is also an age for rapid development of vocational education. We educational teachers are the key to the success of the educational development and the educational reform. In this newly teaching era, teachers should not only know how to teach and plan to prepare in detail, but also know how to improve their professional quality. We should conclude from the teaching process, pick out the feeling and reflect on the teaching diary and make every teacher especially the new teachers who belong with the inquiry thinking passion get the habits and consciousness of the reflection. Then the tacit knowledge explicit of explicit knowledge can be shared by the scholars and the educational researchers.
Therefore, how can the teacher especially the new ones effectively improve the professional teaching? It is needed to construct and build a system platform, through guiding the teachers and the headmasters to classify the stuffs in the teaching and in the usual working and daily life. While in the theory and implementation practicing process, with writing teaching reflection, this can promote teachers’ self awareness and self training. In the accumulating and sharing of tacit knowledge in the process of educational teaching, teachers improve their individual quality and professional ability. And this is the one of the most important issues in the new situation of education that worthy of researching and discussing in details.
This study comprises of five chapters to analyze methods of accumulating and sharing the tacit knowledge in vocational teaching.
The first chapter is the introduction. It briefly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, and research methodology and research status analysis.
