I II 摘 要 社区文化建设在近几年来的研究一直是一个热门话题，引起了全社会的关注。 目前国内相关研究主要集中在城市社区文化建设或农村社区文化建设两个方面， 对于城乡结合部这个具有特殊地理位置的社区，对其社区文化建设却少有描述和 讨论。本文从城乡结合部 T 村的社区文化建设现状入手，采取深度个案访谈的研 究方法，对城乡结合部社区的文化建设作了描述和分析，试图对其社区文化建设 提出可行性意见。 随着我国全面建设小康社会进程的加快，城乡结合部社区居民的生活条件不 断改善，他们必然对文化生活的需求越来越迫切，需求标准也将越来越高。城乡 结合部社区居民有强烈的文化诉求，但由于种种原因，其文化诉求在现实中却没 有得到积极的回应。目前，我国城乡结合部社区的文化建设存在很多问题，诸如 居民和管理者对社区文化建设的认识不足；基础设施建设和利用不足；居民的文 化素质和文化建设队伍的不稳定，这些因素都制约了城乡结合部社区的文化建设 发展。造成城乡结合部社区文化发展滞后的原因一方面是由于城乡结合部社区建 设起步晚，另一方面则是由城乡结合部社区自身的特征引起的。鉴于此，本文提 出建设城乡结合部社区文化的路径选择，即完善投入机制，确保社区在文化建设 上的自主地位；实行校园文化和社区文化的共建；建立高素质的社区文化服务队 伍；突出城乡结合部社区的特色，注重保留社区传统文化风貌。 关键词： 城乡结合部社区；社区文化；社区建设 I III Abstract In recent years, the research on community culture has been a popular issue and aroused the concern of the entire society. The current domestic research mainly concentrated in the construction of urban community culture or rural community culture. But no scholars pay attention to the urban-rural intersections community culture. According to discussion of cultural construction mode in T village community, the papers analyze the culture construction of urban-rural intersections community. Trying to put their community cultural construction feasibility of views. With the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in China urban-rural intersections community residents which living conditions improve more and more high.
