Master approach goal orientation was positive significant predictor for the cognitive strategy, monitoring strategy, hardworking strategy. Father’s punishment stern type parenting style was positive significant predictor for the master avoidance goal orientation. Master avoidance goal orientation was positive significant predictor for the cognitive strategy, planning strategy and negative predictor for monitoring. Father’s punishment stern type and mother’s interference indulgent type parenting style was significant predictor for the performance approach goal orientation. Retell strategy, elaborative strategy, monitoring strategy, hardworking strategy was positive significant predictor for the master approach goal orientation. Father’s apathetic type and mother’s interference indulgent type parenting style was positive significant predictor performance avoidance goal orientation. Planning strategy and adjustable strategy was positive significant predictor performance avoidance goal orientation. Deep processing was negative significant predictor mixed type and Metacognitive strategy was positive significant predictor mixed type. Mixed type was no relevance with parenting style.
