弱视治疗影响因素及临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探究弱视治疗的相关影响因素，并对其临床疗效进行分析。方法：选取在笔者所在医院确诊为弱视并接受治疗的患儿100例为研究对象，给予综合治疗并观察临床治疗效果；将治疗有效的患儿列为观察组，治疗无效的列为对照组，分析影响治疗弱视的相关因素。结果：患儿中基本治愈44例，进步17例，无效39例，治疗有效率为61.00%。弱视程度和弱视类型、年龄、治疗依从性和学校或家庭参与管理等是影响患儿治疗效果的因素。结论：弱视治疗的临床疗效较为理想，为保证治疗效果医护人员不仅要注意患儿的弱视程度与类型，还要注意患儿的年龄、治疗依从性及学校或家庭参与的影响。 　　【关键词】 弱视治疗； 影响因素； 临床效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.26.072 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）26-0135-03 　　Influencing Factors and Clinical Effect of Amblyopia Treatment/XU Wen-min.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（26）：135-137 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the related factors of amblyopia treatment and to analyze its clinical curative effect.Method：100 cases of amblyopia diagnosed treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects who were given the comprehensive treatment，and the clinical curative effect was observed；then the effective treatment of patients were selected as the observation group，treatment of invalid column as control group，the related factors affecting the treatment of amblyopia in children was analyzed.Result：The basic cure of 44 cases，progress of 17 cases，invalid of 39 cases，the effective rate of treatment was 61.00%.And the degree of amblyopia，amblyopia type，age，treatment compliance and schools and families in the management were the factors influencing the treatment results of children.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of the treatment of amblyopia is ideal，in order to ensure the treatment effect，medical personnel should not only pay attention to the degree of amblyopia and types，but also pay attention to the childrens age，treatment compliance and school or family involvement. 　　【Key words】 Amblyopia treatment； Influencing factors； Clinical effect 　　First-author’s address：Jieyang Ireland Eye Hospital，Jieyang 515500，China 　　弱视是指眼球无明显器质性病变，单眼或双眼矫正视力达不到0.8。弱视是一种常见的严重危害儿童眼部功能的疾病，如果没有给予及时的治疗，不仅会加重病情，甚至会导致失明[1]。为了解我国弱视的治疗效果及相关影响治疗效果的因素，笔者所在医院进行此次试验，现总结如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2014年1月1日-2016年1月1日在笔者所在医院确诊为弱视并接受治疗的患儿100例为研究
