I万方数据 I 万方数据 摘 要 改革开放以来，社会进步、经济水平提升，人们的物质生活获得极大的改善。当今， 人们已把重点放在精神生活的进步及如何培育后代获得最优化，课外补习教育便是其中一 项重要的教育消费项目，其已经不再是“奢侈品”而是成为一种大众可以接受的消费项目。 当前我国教育资源方面目前存在着不公正现象，伴随着这种现象课外补习教育得到了蓬勃 的发展，课外补习教育发展的背后存在一些现实的问题，它作为学生的第二课堂，其发展、 质量、运行等备受社会关注。课外补习已经成为一种大众性消费，而且逐渐市场化。课外 补习教育作为一种产品，就必须遵循市场的发展规律，需要政府的调控和人们的质量监督。 课外补习教育就是学生在学校课堂之外的学习。父母为了让子女得到更好的知识技能 的补充，花费一定的金钱来让子女获得额外的教育学习。此处的额外的教育学习并不局限 于因为子女的学习成绩不好、跟不上学校课堂的学习进度而是也包括了一些父母为了让子 女在学习上取得比以前更加优秀的成绩。 通过大量的问卷调查并结合实际情况，目前课外补习教育存在许多问题。一方面是人 们错误的认知课外补习教育与正规教育的地位问题，即分不清主次。另一方面是目前课外 补习教育中从业人员的质量存在很大问题。还有就是课外补习教育机构中的教学场地的安 全性存在隐患等。造成以上问题的原因是多方面的，一是由于我国的教育资源分配不均匀， 二是我们目前的教育制度尚未完善，三是政府相关部门对课外补习教育的监管不足，四是 人们的维权遇到许多无法预料的困难。 本文主要通过政府、社会、学校、家长四个方面对目前课外补习教育存在的一些问题 进行总结分析并结合通过调查昌邑市中小学生及家长、教师在其参加补习班过程中遇到的 具体问题具体分析然后提出合理的对策，为课外补习教育的发展提供方向。其一就是加大 政府的监管力度，二是强化社会的规范性，形成科学的教育市场机制，三是学校要形成良 好的教育评价体系，最后就是要提高家长的认识水平，给子女创造一个良好的家庭教育气 氛。 关键词：课外补习教育，调查研究，中小学生 II万方数据 II 万方数据 Abstract With the development of the society and the economy, peoples material life has been very satisfied.
