万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT After years of development, China has grown into a big producer of Aluminum products, which means aluminum processing industry entering into a brand new phase. Ingots with hot rolling art, Aluminum plates with art of cold rolling, and Aluminum foil making has developed unprecedentedly in the regards of scale and speed. New production capacity appeared from the year 2002 to 2009 are: ingots, 4.2 million t/y; aluminum plates, 2.8 million t/y; cast plate billets, 1.9 million t/y; Aluminum foil, 0.4 million t/y. Statistics show that the total amount Aluminum products of China reached 10 million tons in 2009, among which the plates and strips products is over 3 million tons, Aluminum foils more than 0.8 million tons. Outputs of Chalco totaled over 0.6 million tons, which accounts 7% of the total. By analyzing the standard working procedure of the industry both in china and oversea countries, like US, EU and Japan, the study makes the contract and analysis to the standard system and content of Al plate, Al strip and Al foil. The main focus is the analysis of quality control, equipment and testing performance of Al plate, Al strip and Al foil produced by Chalco. At last, the study put forwards some advice of measures for improvement. The study is helpful for Chalco to have better idea of its own position in the whole industry and its technical advantages. The study could also serves as the technical and management reference for further strategic development planning.
