PAGE 2 PAGE 2 万方数据 摘 要 随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入，人们越来越认识到课堂教学的有效性不仅取决于 课堂教学本身，而且有赖于有效的课堂管理。课堂管理已成为影响新课程课堂教学质量的 主要因素之一。中小学阶段是一个孩子接触教育最开始的阶段，处于人生文化的启蒙和知 识的准备阶段，是孩子们人生发展的关键时期。正因为笔者认识到了中小学课堂管理的重 要性，展开了对其深入的调查研究，希望能够达到师生在课堂中民主、平等、沟通、合作 的和谐局面。 本研究以教学全面质量管理模式的视角，参照国内外教育学者的研究成果，采用观察 法、访谈法、文献法，并且通过典型的的教育案例，对当前中小学课堂管理中现存的主要 问题及其原因进行了剖析，提出了解决中小学课堂管理问题，构建适应新课程改革的以人 为本的中小学有效课堂管理模式。 论文共包括三大部分： 第一部分：引言。主要论述了笔者研究中小学课堂管理的缘由、意义，国内外研究的 现状、研究的方法与意义，并且对课堂管理和教学全面质量管理进行了界定。 第二部分：中小学课堂管理中存在的主要问题及原因分析。这一部分通过案例分析的 方法展示了当前中小学课堂管理存在的问题，主要有：第一，课堂教学质量文化的缺失； 第二，课堂管理学生的问题行为；第三，课堂管理散乱现象，并分析了每个问题的成因。 第三部分：中小学课堂全面质量管理模式的构建。首先，对教学全面质量管理的理念 与模式分析，主要分析了教学全面质量管理的基本理念、模式、要素，并且提出了自己独 到的见解；其次，针对当前中小学课堂教学管理存在的问题提出了具体的全面课堂质量管 理模式的实践操作策略；最后，笔者提出了构建中小学课堂全面质量管理的整合模式。中 小学课堂管理任重而道远，笔者希望通过对有效课堂管理研究历史的透析，寻求适合我国 中小学基本情况的有效课堂管理模式，提高中小学课堂管理的有效性。 关键词： 中小学 课堂管理 教学全面质量管理 Abstract With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform, the growing awareness of the effectiveness of classroom teaching depends not only on classroom teaching itself, but also on effective classroom management. Classroom management has become one of the main factors that affect the quality of classroom teaching the new curriculum. Primary and secondary school children access to education is o ne of the beginning stages, it is in the preparation stage of life and knowledge of cultural enlightenment, life is a critical period of development the children.
