The operation of collaborative mechanism includes seven aspects: Clearing at the objective of supply synergy, recognition collaborative opportunities, evaluating the value of collaborative elements, communicating within collaborative elements, the integration of collaborative elements, synergy result’s feedback, the control in collaborative process. Finally, making some effective suggestions and countermeasures according to the analysis .Multiple orderly participation and multivariate orderly supply is the final purpose of coordination mechanism construction. Through to the rural public service supply special investigation, based on the domestic and foreign theories and literature about public service and relevant coordination theory, to promote the integration of urban and rural areas as background, we analyze the rural public service supply problems and opportunities facing, combined with the actual conditions, constructing the rural public service supply collaborative mechanism in the process of integration of urban and rural areas，putting forward to solve the problem of rural public service supply basic ideas and countermeasures.
