ZhuZhou Lince Group is one of the nations largest rail transportation equipment parts manufacturers and suppliers. After 30 years of development , the Lince Group formed a more mature training culture that made some success in the training ,but there are many problems. By ways of starting from the basic principles of training and participating the rebuilt of the Lince Group’s training system, the author has made a thorough analysis of the Lince Group’s internal personnel training system to propose optimized design program. Generally speaking, the Lince Group should be analyze staff training needs in accordance with the strategy of the Group, and draw up correspondingly training programs for the employees from the different positions, and arrange resources reasonably in the implementation of training to ensure training effect effectively transfer into the work. The key points of the new system are focused on the existing training system modules independent of each other and the lack of system concepts to optimize the system. In the training institutions, the manager is in charge of the training department to clear division of responsibilities training work. In the system of the module, we re-enact the training management system strengthening the link between the various system and regulating PAGE PAGE IV apprenticeship training mode. In the curriculum system, the course library is established to categorize the deep-level training and expand the range of management vision. In the training resources, the new system formulates the internal trainer training and internal training course management development system in order to make full use of internal resources.
