延续护理在慢性肾衰竭患者血液透析中临床护理研究 　　【摘要】 目的：分析研究在血液透析过程中实施延续护理的价值和意义。方法：选取100例于2014年2月-2016年2月至笔者所在医院肾内科进行血液透析治疗的慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象并通过抽签的方法将其分为试验组和对照组各50例，所有患者在透析过程中均给予一般护理措施，而试验组患者同时给予延续护理，比较不同护理措施对疗效的影响。结果：试验组患者不同时间检测血肌酐和尿素氮水平明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组患者不同时间自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：慢性肾衰竭患者在血液透析过程中实施延续护理，可以显著提高治疗效果，改善患者的生活质量和临床症状，效果显著，值得临床推荐。 　　【关键词】 慢性肾衰； 延续护理； 常规护理； 疗效 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）24-0066-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and research the value and significance of continue nursing in the process of hematodialysis.Method：100 cases of chronic renal failure patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by the method of drawing lots，with 50 cases in each group.All patients were performed general nursing measures in the process of dialysis，the experimental group was given continuing care at the same time.The effects of different nursing measures were compared.Result：At different time，the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The self-care ability measurement scale（ESCA） scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The continuing nursing in the process of hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure can significantly improve the treatment effect and improve patients’ quality of life and clinical symptoms，which has obvious effect and is worthy of clinical recommendations. 　　【Key words】 Chronic renal failure； Continuing care； Conventional nursing； Curative effect 　　First-author’s address：Longyan People’s Hospital of Longyan City，Longyan 364000，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.24.036 　　慢性肾衰竭多由于患者的肾小球滤过率降低而造成其肾脏代谢紊乱，患者临床上主要表现为无力、夜尿增多以及食欲差等。慢性肾衰竭患者病情较重，治疗比较困难且预后差，给予持续性血液透析治疗是此类患者维持生命的有效措施之一，目前已经在
