IV IV will have important impact onemployment for landless farmers. This paper researched these influencing the career development of landless peasants factors, especially the subjective factors of landless peasants. Through visiting a large number of community, combined with in-depth interviews of the successful cases, we summarized highly motivated, humble, studious, clever, daring, perseverance and other personal qualities were the key to career success. In the process of training for landless farmers,it needs not only the skills and knowledge to conduct the training, but also the training of personal quality and employment psychological ease. Farmers employment relates to social harmony and stability, is highly concerned to the party and the government about the needs of the peoples livelihood. Farmers in the planned economy period had good work and stable social security, so there was no serious social problem. Since the nineties of last century, with the era of monetary compensation, peasants gradually become the largest poverty group in the city, contradictions and conflicts brought about the the demolition and relocation. The basic cause is that there is no effective solution to landless peasants career development issues.This article in the farmers study of career development is based on the factors of land- lost peasants’wocational development.We pointed that innovation and strengthening to resettlement and job training, creating an good employment environment, improving the employment service and other aspects are effective measures to solve the employment of farmers .This paper supply good reference to solute to the problems of employment of landless peasants for other communitys and safeguard social fairness and justice and promote the sustainable development of economy and society.
