层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中应用 　　摘要：目的 观察ICU护理管理工作中应用层级护理管理模式的效果。方法 我院从2014年1月开始在ICU护理组实施层级护理管理模式，选取我院ICU科24名护士作为研究对象，分别对比其实施前后的工作能力、工作质量以及患者的满意度。结果 结果数据显示，实施后护理人员工作总分、临床能力、教学能力、科研能力等工作能力评分明显高于实施前；实施后护理管理、护理文书、急救护理、特级护理、消毒隔离等工作质量评分明显高于实施前；实施后ICU患者护理满意度明显高于实施前，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 ICU护理组采用层级护理管理模式，可促进护士工作能力、工作质量得到明显提高。 　　关键词：层级护理管理模式；ICU护理管理；护理质量 　　Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management Mode in ICU Nursing Management 　　YAN Juan 　　（The First Peoples Hospital of Longquanyi District，Chengdu 610100，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the ICU application level in the management of the effect of nursing management mode.Methods Our hospital from January 2014 the level of nursing management mode in the ICU nursing group，select the hospital ICU section 24 nurses as the research object，respectively，compared before and after the implementation of work ability，work quality，and the patients satisfaction.Results The result data shows that after the implementation of the nursing staff the total score，clinical ability，teaching ability and scientific research ability，work ability score significantly higher than before the implementation；After the implementation of nursing management，nursing documents，emergency care，critical care，such as disinfection work quality score significantly higher than before the implementation；ICU patients after nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those before the implementation and data contrast differences between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion ICU nursing group adopts hierarchical management mode，can promote the nurses work ability，work quality improved obviously. 　　Key words：Level nursing management mode；ICU nursing management；Quality of care 　　ICU护理工作主要面向危重患者，具有病情改变快、病情危重等基本特征。加上护理工作量大，容易发生护理纠纷[1]。医疗系统护理水平主要是采用ICU护理质量作为重要指标。本文在我院ICU护理管理工作中实施层级护理管理措施，获得较为明显的效果。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 抽取我院ICU科24名护士作为研究对象，均为女护士，年龄范围在19～25岁，平均年龄为（22.4±2.1）；工作时间为2～30年，平均时间为（12.4±3.2）；1名中专学历，11名大专学历，12名本科及以上学历；2名主管护师
