幽门螺杆菌在健康人群体检中感染状况调查分析 　　[摘要]目的 ?{查幽门螺杆菌（Hp）在健康人群体检中的感染状况，分析Hp感染相关影响因素，提出对策。方法 抽取2016年1月～2017年1月来我院体检的235例健康体检者作为研究对象，采取碳14呼气卡实验方式对体检者进行Hp感染情况调查，同时采用自制问卷对体检者日常情况加以调查，观察指标包括健康体检者发生Hp感染情况、Hp感染相关因素、不同年龄段体检者Hp感染情况。结果 235例健康体检者中发生Hp检测呈阳性者共计115例，占比48.94%；年龄≥50岁群体Hp感染率为56.67%，明显高于年龄0.05）。经多因素分析，吸烟（OR=9.943，P=0.045）和年龄≥50岁（OR=6.132，P=0.039）为健康人群发生Hp感染的独立危险因素。结论 健康人群Hp感染与不良生活习性、糖尿病史、冠心病史、年龄因素关联密切，其中吸烟和年龄≥50岁是健康人群发生Hp感染的独立危险因素。 　　[关键词]健康人群；体检；幽门螺杆菌 　　[中图分类号] R446 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（b）-0162-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the infection status of Helicobacter pylori（Hp） in healthy people，analyze Hp infection-related influencing factors，and put forward countermeasures.Methods A total of 235 healthy subjects who were given physical examination from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected as subjects.Carbon-14 breath card test method was adopted for all health subjects to conduct Hp infection survey.At the same time，self-made questionnaire was used for the subjects to conduct daily situations.The observation indicators included the occurrence of Hp infection in healthy subjects，Hp infection-related factors，Hp infections in different age groups.Results A total of 115 patients with positive Hp were detected in 235 healthy subjects，accounting for 48.94%，the infection rate of Hp was 56.67% in the age group≥50 years old， which was significantly higher than that in the age group0.05）.After a multivariate analysis，it was found that smoking（OR=9.943，P=0.045） and age≥50 years old （OR=6.132，P=0.039） were independent risk factors for Hp infection in healthy subjects.Conclusion Hp infection in healthy people is closely related to poor living habits，history of diabetes mellitus，history of coronary heart disease and age.
