幽门螺杆菌感染与中国缺血性脑卒中亚型关系临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与中国缺血性脑卒中亚型的相关性。 方法 回顾性分析2014年1～10月在我院住院的215例缺血性脑卒中患者，作为观察组，进行CISS分型，选取同时期156名健康体检人员为对照组，所有受检者行WLD600C-13C尿素呼气试验检测有无Hp感染。 结果 观察组Hp阳性133例，占61.86%，为Hp阳性组，Hp阴性82例，占8.14%，为Hp阴性组；对照组Hp阳性79例，占50.64%，Hp阴性77例，占49.36%。两组Hp阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.647，P=0.031）。CISS分型中，LAA组的Hp感染例数为106例，和CS、PAD、OE、UE组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 Hp感染与缺血性脑卒中有相关性，尤其与LAA关系密切。 　　[关键词] 幽门螺杆菌；缺血性脑卒中；大动脉粥样硬化性卒中；中国缺血性卒中亚型 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）08（c）-0024-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the relation between Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection and China ischemic stroke subtype. Methods 215 patients with ischemic cerebral stroke who were hospitalized in our hospital from January to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.They were assigned to observation group，and were classified according to China ischemic stroke subtype （CISS）.156 healthy subjects received physical examination at the same period were selected as control group.All subjects were given WLD600C-13C urea breath test to test whether Hp infection existed or not. Results 133 patients showed Hp positive in observation group，accounting for 61.86%，and they were assigned to Hp positive group.82 patients showed Hp negative，accouting for 8.14%，and they were assigned to Hp negative group；79 patients showed Hp positive in control group，accounting for 50.64%，and 77 patients showed Hp negative，accouting for 49.36%.There was statistically significant difference of Hp positive rate between two groups（χ2=4.647，P=0.031）.In CISS subtypes，the number of patients infected with Hp in LAA group was 106.There were significant differences compared with CS，PAD，OE and UE groups（P0.05）.
