Study of the Silk Road cultural communication, we explored formation and development of the Chinese dulcimer cultural. It is better for dulcimer education to learn more about the context of art development dulcimer and promote the healthy development of our dulcimer disciplinary system.Furthermore; we also explore the friendly exchanges and complementary between Chinese and Western cultures.It is indicating that cultural development must follow the principle of make the past serve the present, make foreign things serve China and this is the formation cultural foundation and aesthetic stance of Chinese school.
