华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract The city community system has developed in recent years in our china ,and in its elementary explore phases ,so lots of problems need research and solve both in theory and practice. The community construction actually roots in citizen participation ,however ,it is faced with the foremost problem of the efficiency citizen participation ,so this certainly will effect the further development of community construction .The thesis is used both theoretical approach and fieldwork approach ,and its subject is placed in the community service participation willingness ,with the hope of doing an in-depth study in community participation willingness ,to find and analyze the issues and shortages in the community construction process at present ,and put forward some beneficial advices and constructive suggestions. The introduction of paper begins with the practice of international and domestic community construction and community development ,then introduce the theoretical background and knowledge ,and collects the literature ,combines with the fieldwork in the 16 communities at Yangyuan in Wuhan ,and then uses the SPSS software to go along the description analysis ,correlation analysis and discrepancy analysis .The research shows that the service participation willingness of community residents is not stong ,. the community participation willingness of The elderly residents ,female residents ,and the residents of low income are stronger than other groups .The higher of the degree of community satisfaction ,the stronger of the community service participation willingness .Finally ,thesis aims at the problems from these results ,expatiates on the suggestion ,method in intensifying consciousness of community participation ,meeting the needs of the community residents from many perspectives and expanding the channels of community participation.
