微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折临床效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨微创经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折临床效果。 方法 回顾性分析2013年9月―2014年9月该院收治78例Pilon骨折患者临床资料，按治疗方法分成两组，对照组行传统开放性手术，研究组行微创经皮相关锁定钢板的内固定术，比较两组疗效。 结果 研究组疗效优良87.18%高于对照组66.67%，且研究组手术相关项指标优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对Pilon骨折患者而言，予微创经皮相关锁定钢板的内固定方案疗效显著。 　　[关键词] 微创经皮锁定；钢板内固定；Pilon骨折；效果 　　[中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0090-02 　　Observation on Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis for Treatment of Pilon Fracture 　　HAO Ting，WANG Xing-guo 　　Department of Orthopaedic Trauma， The Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University， Hohhot， Inner Mongolia，010050 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of Pilon fracture. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of patients with Pilon fracture treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were reviewed and divided into two groups according to the methods of treatment. While the control group was given the conventional open operation， the study group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfactory curative effect of the study group was 87.18%， higher than that of the control group， which was 66.67%； and the related indicators of operation of the study group were better than that of the control group； both the above differences were of statistical significance （P0.05）.
