微创胸腰椎椎弓根钉内固定手术患者尿管规范化护理效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨微创胸腰椎椎弓根钉内固定手术患者尿路规范化护理的效果。方法：选取2013年2月-2014年4月本院收治的80例行微创胸腰椎椎弓根钉内固定术患者，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规尿管护理，观察组采用规范化尿管护理，比较两组患者排尿训练配合度，尿路感染、菌尿和拔除尿管后排尿困难发生情况及患者满意度。结果：观察组尿路感染、菌尿及拔除尿管后排尿困难发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者排尿训练配合度及治疗满意度均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：微创胸腰椎椎弓根钉内固定手术患者采用尿管规范化护理可提高患者排尿训练配合度，减少尿路感染、菌尿及拔除尿管后排尿困难发生，提高患者满意度，具有显著临床应用效果，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 胸腰椎椎弓根内固定术； 尿管； 规范化护理 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of standardized nursing on urinary catheter of patients with minimally invasive thoracic and lumbar pedicle screw internal fixation operation.Method：80 patients with minimally invasive thoracic and lumbar pedicle screw fixation operation in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divide into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional catheter care，while the standardized nursing of urinary catheter was used in the observation group..The urination training coordination，urinary tract infection，bacteriuria，dysuria occurred after the removal of catheter and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The occurrence rate of urinary tract infection，bacteriuria and dysuria occurred after the removal of catheter was compared between the two groups，the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.The urination training coordination and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using the standardized nursing of catheter in patients with minimally invasive thoracic and lumbar pedicle screw internal fixation operation can improve the patients’ urination training coordination degree and satisfaction，reduce the occurrence of urinary tract infection，bacteriuria and dysuria occurred after the removal of catheter.This method has a remarkable clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Thoracic and l
