彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿先天性心脏病研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在小儿先天性心脏病诊断筛查中的应用价值。方法：选取2013年12月-2014年6月在笔者所在医院进行检查后疑似有先天性心脏病的小儿患者200例，随机将其分为试验组和对照组，每组100例。试验组采用彩色多普勒超声心动图进行筛查，对照组给予胸部X线进行筛查，观察两组仪器筛查的准确率和测量精确度。结果：两组患儿经过不同仪器筛查，试验组筛查的准确率为60.00%，明显高于对照组的20.00%；试验组原发病灶的检出率为70.00%，明显高于对照组的38.00%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小儿先天性心脏病用彩色多普勒超声心动图进行筛查，可以准确检查出原发病灶，对疾病和并发症的预防具有重要的意义。 　　【关键词】 彩色多普勒超声心动图； 先天性心脏病； 应用价值 　　中图分类号 R445.1 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）33-0073-02 　　The Research of Color Doppler Ultrasound for Diagnostic Children with Congenital Heart Disease/WANG Lin-li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（33）：73-74 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the application value of color doppler ultrasound for children with congenital heart disease.Method：200 pediatric patients suspected with congenital heart disease in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects ，they were divided into the experimental group and the control group ， 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was given the color doppler ultrasound screening and the control group was given the chest X-ray screening.Screening accuracy and measurement accuracy of the two groups were observed.Result：The two groups of patients after different instruments， the screening accuracy of the experimental group was 60.00%，which significantly higher than 20.00% in the control group ；the primary lesion detection rate of the experimental group was 70.00%，which was significantly higher than 38.00% in the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The color doppler ultrasound screening for pediatric patients with congenital heart disease can accurately detect the primary lesions， have important sense to prevention of diseases and complications. 　　【Key words】 Color doppler ultrasound； Congenital heart disease； Application value 　　First-author’s address：Four Five Four Hospital of PLA，Nanjing 210002，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.33.034 　　先天性心脏畸形疾病属先天性心脏病最为常见，胎儿
