慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中综合护理服务应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中综合护理服务的应用效果。方法：本次试验对象为2014年2月-2016年1月本院就诊的75例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为常规服务组和综合服务组。常规服务组给予常规护理服务，综合服务组给予综合护理服务。评价：（1）对本次护理服务和护理质量的满意度；（2）病房基础护理评分、文书规范性评分、操作技能评分、安全管理评分；（3）护理并发症发生率、差错发生率、投诉发生率。结果： （1）综合服务组患者对本次护理服务和护理质量的满意度均显著比常规服务组高（P0.05）；（2）综合服务组病房基础护理评分、文书规范性评分、操作技能评分、安全管理评分均显著比常规服务组高（P0.05）；（3）综合服务组护理并发症发生率、差错发生率、投诉发生率均显著比常规服务组低（P0.05）。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者护理中综合护理服务的应用效果确切，可有效提升护理质量，减少并发症的发生，也有利于规避差错和医疗投诉的发生，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病； 综合护理服务； 应用效果 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care in the nursing care of patients with COPD.Method：From February 2014 to January 2016，75 cases of COPD patients，according to random number table method they were divided into the comprehensive service group and the conventional service group.The conventional service group was given routine care services，the comprehensive service group was given integrated care services.Evaluation：（1）The quality of nursing service and nursing satisfaction.（2）Ward nursing evaluation，clerical normative，operational skills evaluation，safety management.（3）Nursing complications，error rate，incidence of complaints.Result：（1）The quality of nursing service and nursing satisfaction of the comprehensive service group were significantly higher than those of the conventional service group（P0.05）.（2）Nursing grading，clerical normative evaluation，operation skills，safety management score of the comprehensive service group were significantly higher than those of the conventional service group（P0.05）.（3）Nursing complication rate，error rate，incidence of complaints of the comprehensive service group were significantly lower than those of the conventional service group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing care in patients with COPD care application effect is exact，which can effectively improve the nursing quality，reduce the occurrence of complications，but also to avoid the happening of the error and medical complaints，improve p
