快速康复护理对胃肠手术患者影响分析 　　【摘要】 目的：在胃肠手术患者围术期实施快速康复护理，探析对患者的影响。方法：将80例胃肠道手术患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组行饮食护理、生活护理等常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施快速康复护理，对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果：治疗与护理后，观察组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生数少于对照组，咽喉疼痛、恶心呕吐发生数明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：快速康复护理对于胃肠手术患者的临床价值非常大，有助于促进术后康复，值得进行推广。 　　【关键词】 快速康复护理； 胃肠手术； 术后并发症 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.23.044 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）23-0088-03 　　Analysis of the Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Complications of Gastrointestinal Surgery/ZHENG Xi，LIU Fang，LI Lei-xue，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（23）：88-90 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitative nursing on postoperative complications of gastrointestinal surgery patients during perioperative period.Method：80 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing，such as diet nursing and life nursing.The patients in the observation group were treated by rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basic of the control group，and the postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment and nursing， out of bed time，anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；and the total postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group；the numbers of sore throat，nausea and vomiting in the observation group were less than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical value of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with gastrointestinal surgery is very large，which is helpful to promote postoperative rehabilitation and it is worth to be popularized. 　　【Key words】 Rapid rehabilitation nursing； Gastrointestinal surgery； Postoperative complications 　　Fi
