思维导图在前列腺增生症患者术后尿失禁护理中应用 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.153 　　[摘要] 目的 探析思维导图在前列腺增生症患者术后尿失禁护理中的应用效果。方法 方便选取该院2015年1月―2016年6月收治的80例前列腺增生症手术患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各40例，对照组给予术后尿失禁常规护理，研究组采取思维导图模式施护，比较两组尿失禁发生率，持续时间等。 结果 研究组尿失禁发生率2.5%、护理满意率95.0%与对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组尿失禁持续时间（2.27±0.52）d、ICI-Q-SF评分（8.33±1.25）分、与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组Zung评分术后7 d（40.28±2.37）分、出院前（31.26±1.79）分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 思维导图模式在前列腺增生症患者术后尿失禁护理中应用效果显著，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 思维导图；前列腺增生症；尿失禁；护理效果 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0153-03 　　Application of Mind Mapping in the Uroclepsia Nursing of Patients with Hyperplasia of Prostate after Operation 　　WANG Hong-qin 　　Department of Urine Surgery， Lianyungang Second People’s Hospital， Lianyungang， Jiangsu Province， 222006 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of mind mapping in the uroclepsia nursing of patients with hyperplasia of prostate after operation. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of operative patients with hyperplasia of prostate admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing， while the research group adopted the mind mapping nursing model， and the incidence rate of uroclepasi and continuous time were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the incidence rate of uroclepsia， nursing satisfactory degree， uroclepsia duration， ICI-Q-SF score， Zung scores in 7d after operation and before discharge between the research group and the control group had statistical significance， which were respectively 2.5%， 95.0%， （2.27±0.52）d， （8.33±1.25）points， （40.28±2.37）points and （31.26±1.79）points（P0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of mind mapping in the uroclepsia nursing of patients with hyperplasia of prostate after operation is obvious， which is worth clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Mind mapping； Hyperplasia of prostate； Uroclepsia
