II II ABSTRACT Our country’s cultural industries development issue was proposed in the “10th Five-Year Plan”period,after the “11th Five-Year Plan”and”12th Five-Year Plan”period it develop more faster than ever. Now the development of cultural industry face to large challenge and international competition. In the 1980’s urbanization of our country began to join the rank to have a rapid development.In the promotion process of our urbanization level,the development of cultural industries need comprehensive support and protection from urbanization.Such as the level of urban residents’ income,the consumption structure,the demand of food and clothing,urban infrastructure environment,humanities and technology environment,institutional environment,the establishment of cultural market and so on.Therefore, the level of urbanization is a kind of domestic demand to the cultural industries,this demand is bound to make a rapid expandation to the cultural market.Due to little research and literature existe,this paper will focus on the urbanization and the development of our cultural industries. This paper bases on the concept of cultural industries and urbanization of our country,making a deeply research on the mechanism that urbanization affect to our cultural industries. The theoretical results show that:(1)Urbanization can effect the cultural industries from three aspects.The three aspects are supply,demand and market.(2)On the supply side:the paper mainly research the mechanism from infrastructural environment,humanities and technical environment,life and natural environment and funds environment.(3)On the demand side:the paper analyse the mechanism from real cultural needs and potential cultural needs.(4)On the market side:the paper do the mechanism research from the establishement of tangible cultural market,the improvement of cultural market’s trading system,cultural distribution system.
