内蒙 内蒙古科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 2014 年 10 月，十八届四中全会进一步提出将依法治国纳入国民教育体系，强调法 治教育要从青少年抓起，在中小学设立法治知识课程。弘扬社会主义法治精神，树立社 会主义法治理念，增强全社会学法、守法、用法意识，从青少年时就应该打下牢固的基 础，必须开展中学生法治教育。 目前，内蒙古乌兰察布市的法治教育的发展状况和其他地区相比，在中学生法治教 育开展落实方面还有很大的差距，选取内蒙古乌兰察布市作为研究对象原因主要在于： 乌兰察布市是我国的边疆少数民族地区，发展比较落后，具有一定的地域代表性。通过 对乌兰察布市中学生法治教育实施途径的研究，为开展边疆少数民族地区的中学生法治 教育提出建设性意见，从而提高边远地区中学生的法治素养，为法治中国建设贡献力 量。 本文首先解读了法治教育的内涵、地位、作用以及中学生的身心发展特征；其次， 对中学生法治教育的目标做了详细的阐述，进而分析了国家对中学生的法治教育所提出 的要求；再次，通过对内蒙古乌兰察布市中学生法治教育现状的调研，以及和国内其他 地方差距的对比，总结出存在的问题；最后，针对乌兰察布市存在的问题，立足于中学 生自身发展规律、地域特点、发展情况，重构中学生法治教育实施途径，其中包括科学 设置中学生法治教育课程、培养合格的、专业的法治教育老师、优化校园法治文化、创 建网络法治教育途径、加强中学生自我法治教育等，从而构建多样化的中学生法治教育 途径。 关键词：实施途径；法治教育；中学生 I Abstract October 2014, eighth session of the Fourth Plenum further proposed the rule of law into the national education system, emphasizing the rule of law education from start young, establish the rule of law awareness programs in schools.
