手术器械摆台图谱在手术室护士培训中临床应用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨手术器械摆台图谱在手术室器械护士培训中的临床应用效果。方法 将2015年4月～2016年4月我院30名手术室器械护士手术器械摆台图谱的培训进行研究，根据培训方法的不同随机将其分为实验组（15名）和对照组（15名）。对照组（2015年4～9月）手术室器械护士未使用图谱培训，按照自己的个人习惯进行摆台，无任何干预措施；实验组（2015年10月～2016年4月）对手术室器械护士使用手术器械摆台图谱培训。观察两组手术室护士学习掌握各科手术器械摆台所用的时间及手术器械摆台评价合格率，并了解手术医师对两组器械护士的评价。结果 实验组护士操作成绩为（95.3±1.21）分，评价成绩为（96.7±1.47）分，均高于对照组的（91.2±2.67）分、（91.0±2.05）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 应用手术器械摆台图谱培训可有效提高手术器械护士手术配合质量。 　　[关键词]手术器械图谱；手术室护士；护理教育；医院感染 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）10（b）-0156-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore clinical application of the map of surgical instruments in the training of nurses in operation room.Methods From April 2015 to April 2016，30 nurses in operation room were studied and divided into experimental group （15 persons） and control group （15 persons） according to the training methods.Nurses in operation room in the control group （from April to September 2015） without the use of training instrument，intrument were set up according to their own personal habits，without any intervention；nurses in operation room in the experimental group （from October 2015 to April 2016） were trained in the use of surgical instruments.Using time of operation room nurses learning and mastering all surgical instruments set and evaluation qualified rate of surgical instruments set were observed between two groups，and evaluation of surgical doctors on instrument nurses between two groups was understand.Results Nurses operating result and evaluation result in experimental group was （95.3±1.21） points，（96.7±1.47） points respectively，higher than （91.2±2.67） points，（91.0±2.05） points in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of surgical instruments set map training can effectively improve the quality of the operation of the instrument nurses. 　　[Key words]Surgical instruments map；Operating room nurses；Nursing education；Hospital infection 　　手术室是外科医疗的重要场所，手术室创新管理对医院来说意义非常重大[1]。随着医学科学技术的不断发
