Result in such phenomina，there are various influencial factors such as fianical system，commercial system，market structure，etc. Its of practical significance to clear various influnencial factors of real estate market development and guide the development of real state market，reducing housing bubbles and making real estate going smoothly. Starting with customers behaviours，the thesis discribes the main consumers and researches on the present conditions of real estate market in small and medium-sized cities. Taking the real estate market in Linfen，Shanxi province as an e?ample，the thesis focuses 。n present development situation，the existing problems and 。pportunities of real estate market in small and medium-sized cities.
