中小学教师电子白板应用能力调研及提升策略研究 以芜湖市弋江区中小学教师为例 摘 要 近年来,有关于电子白板在教学中的应用研究和基于电子白板教 学策略研究多不胜数。大家都把视角和重点放在如何最大化实现白板 对于教学的促进作用,而忽视了一个重要因素——作为教学主体的教 师是否全面掌握了电子白板,是否具备电子白板教学的基本能力,能 否在教学中真正实现白板对于课堂教学促进作用,如何进一步提升教 师电子白板教学能力和水平?本论文正是基于此而展开研究。 本文采用文献研究法、调查法、访谈法和观察法,以芜湖市弋江 区中小学教师为研究对象,重点分析了当前电子白板教学现状,评估 了教师应用电子白板教学的能力和水平,发现其存在的不足之处,并 针对问题提出了改进对策,构建了提升教师电子白板应用能力的方案 并重点从培训角度进行了分析。 论文研究的创新点在于有别于前人重点研究电子白板在具体学 科教学中的应用和基于电子白板教学的策略研究,本文将研究视角和 重点放在教师电子白板教学能力上,重点分析教师应用电子白板的能 力和水平。同时,本文提出了具有针对性的提升教师电子白板应用能 力的改进对策,并重点阐述了培训方案,以期形成常规性培训机制。 论文研究为更好的促进中小学教师电子白板教学能力的发展提供决 策依据和理论依据。 关键词:电子白板、中小学教师、应用现状、改进对策 Primary and secondary school teachers electronic whiteboard application ability And the promotion strategy research ——Taking Wuhu District of Yijiang City, primary and middle schools Abstract In recent years, electronic whiteboard application in teaching research and teaching strategy research based on the electronic whiteboard are plenty. Everyone focus on the angle of how to maximize your board for teaching role in promoting, But neglect an important factor As the main body of teaching teachers whether comprehensive mastery of the electronic whiteboard, Whether have the basic capabilities of electronic whiteboard teaching, Can they truly realize the whiteboard for classroom teaching in the teaching to potential role in promoting, How to further promote the electronic whiteboard teaching ability and level. This thesis is based on the formal study. This paper uses literature method, survey method and interview method,and take Wuhu city Yijiang District primary and secondary school teachers as the research object.
