心理认知护理干预对改善精神分裂症患者抑郁症状效果探讨 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.07.134 　　[摘要] 目的 应用心理认知护理干预，探讨其对精神分裂症抑郁症状的改善效果。方法 在山东省精神卫生中心随机选取2014年9月―2016年9月接收的68例精神分裂症抑郁患者，组间分配采用随机数字表法。观察组心理认知护理干预，对照组常规护理，对比护理前后汉密顿抑郁量表评分、简明精神病评定量表评分以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理后2周（20.17±1.10）分、4周（13.25±1.56）分以及8周（7.56±2.01）分汉密顿抑郁量表评分均显著降低，护理后2周（71.24±3.58）分、4周（62.35±2.37）分以及8周（55.02±2.00）分，简明精神病评定量表评分显著降低，观察组护理满意度（97.06%）显著提升，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于精神分裂症抑郁患者，心理认知护理干预可有效改善患者抑郁情绪，缓解患者精神分裂症症状，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 心理认知护理；精神分裂症；抑郁 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（a）-0134-03 　　Study on Effect of Mental Cognitive Nursing Intervention on Improving the Depression of Patients with Schizophrenia 　　DONG LI 　　Six Ward， Shandong Mental and Health Center， Jinan， Shandong Province， 250014 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of mental cognitive nursing intervention on improving the depression of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 68 cases of patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the observation group adopted the mental cognitive nursing intervention， while the control group adopted the routine nursing， and the HAMD score， brief psychiatric rating scale and nursing satisfactory degree were compared before and after nursing. Results After 2-week， 4-week and 8-week nursing， the HAMD score and brief psychiatric rating scale score obviously decreased in the observation group， [（20.17±1.10）points， （13.25±1.56）points， （7.56±2.01）points vs （71.24±3.58）points， （62.35±2.37）points， （55.02±2.00）points]， and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group obviously increased and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The mental cognitive nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the depression， relieve the schizophrenia and improve the nursing satisfactory degree， which is worth clinical promotion. 　　[Key w
