微信平台在外科护理管理中应用效果分析 　　【摘 要】目的：对建立微信平台在外科护理管理中的应用效果进行分析探讨。方法：我院普外科在2016年7月就建立了护理人员的微信群，借助微信平台，让护理人员对专业的理论知识与业务知识进行学习，同时布置工作计划，将新的知识以及管理过程中出现的各种问题在微信群中进行及时发布和信息共享。结果：通过采用微信平台进行外科护理管理，并将2016年7月-12月的护理效果与应用前1月-6月的护理效果进行对比，可以发现，科室每月例会的时间以及每日晨会的时间明显缩短，护士以及管理人员参与管理的积极性大大提高，所有的管理人员都表示应用微信平台可以提高自身的专业护理水平，同时增加同事之间的沟通交流。结论：通过将微信平台在外科护理管理中进行应用，可以提升护理人员的专业护理水平，增强护理人员参与的积极性，同时增加同事之间的交流，不仅提高了护理管理效率，还确保了患者的安全。 　　【关键词】微信平台；外科护理管理；应用效果 　　Abstract Objective： To analyze the application effect of the establishment of the WeChat platform in surgical nursing management. Methods： the Department of general surgery of our hospital in July 2016 on the establishment of the nursing staff of the WeChat group， with the WeChat platform， let the professional theoretical knowledge and business knowledge in learning of nursing staff， and the arrangement of the work plan， will be timely publishing and information sharing problems and new knowledge management in the process of WeChat group. Results： surgical nursing management by using the WeChat platform， and compare the effect of nursing effect and application of -12 in July 2016 before the month of January -6 months， can be found， Department monthly meeting time and time of the daily morning meeting was shortened and the personnel management of nurses participation management is greatly improved， all managers have said WeChat application platform can improve the professional nursing level， while increasing the communication between colleagues.
