They not only have to be troubled with economic difficulties, hidden medical problems ,the pension dilemma that are identified by the public,but they are probably been treated as heterogeneous for their spoiled identity that finally left them marginalized from the mainstream of society. In this paper,we take the parents of this kind of family in Wuhan and Nantong as the object of the research and collect data by depth interviews ,forums and participating in the family planning work report. Here we take the parents ’ spoiled identity as the breakthrough point and explore the social and cultural factors that form the spoiled identity.
