微创内固定技术在胫骨骨折中应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.19 　　摘要目的：探讨微创经皮解剖锁定板治疗胫骨骨折的疗效分析。方法：回顾性分析本科近年来应用微创经皮解剖锁定板治疗胫骨骨折的36例患者的临床资料，并以同时期切开复位内固定的患者作为对照组。结果：两组在住院时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、远期功能疗效满意度方面差异均有统计学意义，P0.05。结论：与切开复位内固定方法相比，闭合复位微创经皮解剖锁定板治疗胫骨骨折时产生的创伤小，符合生物力学的内固定原理，而且还能够在最大程度上保护骨折部位的血运功能，大幅减少了医源性软组织损伤，降低了伤口并发症的发生，有利于骨折愈合和早期功能恢复，是治疗胫骨骨折理想的方法。 　　关键词微创解剖锁定板胫骨骨折 　　The application of minimally invasive internal fixation in tibial fractures 　　Li Hui，Peng Dan 　　Department of the Third Orthopedics，the Central Hospital of Nanyang，Henan 473000 　　AbstractObjective：To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous anatomical locking plate in the treatment of tibial fracture.Methods：We retrospective analyzed the clinical data of minimally invasive percutaneous anatomical locking plate in the treatment of 36 cases with tibial fracture of our department in recent years，and choose the cases with the treatment of open reduction and internal fixationas as the control group at the same time.Results：The hospitalization time，amount of bleeding， fracture healing time and the long-term functional outcome satisfaction in two groups were significantly different，P0.05.
