摘 要 生物科学是自然科学中的基础学科之一，实验是自然科学发展特有的基础, 也是科学教学不可缺少的重要组成部分。本文对兰州市的初中生物学实验教学情 况进行了抽样调查，在调查中发现：90%以上的学生对生物学实验感兴趣，这是 生物学实验教学顺利开展坚实的基础；与验证性实验相比，学生更喜欢探究性实 验；学生的科学探究能力得到了逐步的发展；学生参与实验的情况不容乐观，市 示范性学校与市标准化学校之间，市示范性学校之间，市标准化学校之间差异性 都较大；教师具有扎实的理论知识、丰富的教学经验、高水平的操作技能、先进 的教育理念；教师注重学生的操作、观察、思维、科学探究等能力的培养；七年 级上册的 22 个实验中，所有学校都开设了的实验一共有 5 个，其余 17 个由于各 种原因大部分学校都没有开设。造成这种情况的原因有以下几个：1.有一半的学 校领导不重视生物学实验教学，实验经费短缺，实验室设施和仪器配备不充足。 2.实验材料昂贵、受季节的影响等原因造成没有合适的实验材料进行实验。 3.课 时紧张，导致没有充足的时间进行实验教学。 针对兰州市初中生物学实验教学的现状，提出以下几方面的改进建议： 1. 加强学校领导对生物学实验教学的重视程度，配齐生物学实验室的硬件设施；2. 充分发挥学生的主体作用和教师的主导作用，教师和学生一起准备实验材料；3. 通过整合相关实验，改进实验等方法创造性地开展实验。 在本文的研究中，笔者尽可能如实的描述初中生物学教师和学生对生物学实 验教学的认识、学生参与实验的情况、七年级生物学上册课本实验的开设情况和 部分实验没有开设的原因，寻找初中生物学实验教学现状和新课程标准的要求之 间的差距，寻找更好的开设生物学实验教学的方法，期望能为生物学实验教学提 供可借鉴的资料。 关键词：生物学实验 生物学实验教学 现状调查 I I II Abstract Biology is one of the basic subjects in natural science, the experiment is not only the base of development characteristic of nature science, but also an important part of science teaching. The text have investigated the junior middle school biology experiment teaching situation of Lanzhou , Gansu province, found that more than 90% of the students were interested in the biology experiment, which is the solid foundation to successfully carry out the teaching experiments; Compared with the verification experiments, students are more like the inquiry-based experiment; During experiments, students ability of scientific inquiry has been gradually developed; Students participating in the experiment is not optimistic, there are significant differences between the demonstration schools and standardized schools; Teachers have a solid theoretical knowledge, are rich in teaching experience, a high level of operating skills, and advanced education philosophy; Teachers should focus on the ability of students actions, observations, thinking, and ability of scientific inquiry; There are 22 experiment in half of the semester of grade seven, all schools have opened five experiments, to various reasons , mo
