恩度联合化疗治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤临床效果及对VEGF影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨恩度联合化疗治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤的临床效果及对VEGF的影响分析。 方法 整群选取2013年5月―2015年5月间该院收治的92例多种晚期恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象，所有患者给予恩度联合化疗治疗方法，按照RECIST标准进行疗效评价，并检测血清中VEGF水平变化。 结果 该研究92例恶性肿瘤患者采用恩度联合不同化疗方法治疗的临床有效率为38.04%。采用一线、二线、三线化疗方法治疗的临床有效率分别为15.38%、48.39%、17.65%，采用二线化疗方法治疗的临床有效率高于一线、三线；治疗前、后患者血清中VEGF水平平均值分别为（396.76±113.91）pg/mL和（196.77±63.75）pg/mL，治疗前后VEGF水平差异有统计学意义。 结论 恩度联合不同化疗方法治疗多种晚期恶性肿瘤，可以明显延缓患者病情，提高患者生活质量，建议在临床早期使用，从而最大程度延长患者的生存时间。 　　[关键词] 晚期恶性肿瘤；恩度；化疗；VEGF 　　[中图分类号] R73-31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0064-02 　　Clinical Effect of Endostar Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Various Advanced Malignant Tumors and Analysis of Effect on VEGF 　　SUN Xiang-hui 　　Oncology Department， EN Liang Hospital of Taian， Anshan， Liaoning Province， 114100 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical effect of endostar combined with chemotherapy in treatment of various advanced malignant tumors and analysis of effect on VEGF. Methods 92 cases of patients with various advanced malignant tumors treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected as the research object ， all patients were given the treatment method of endostar combined with chemotherapy， the curative effect was evaluated according to the RECIST standard， and the changes of VEGF level in serum were detected. Results The clinical effective rate of endostar combined with different chemotherapy methods in all selected patients was 38.04%， the clinical effective rates by first-line， second-line and three-line chemotherapy methods were respectively 15.38%，48.39% and 17.65%， the clinical effective rate by second-line chemotherapy methods was higher than that by second-line and three-line chemotherapy methods， the average VEGF levels in serum before and after treatment were（396.76±113.91）pg/ml and （196.77±63.75）pg/ml， and the difference was statistically significant.
