急性脑梗死患者血脂和载脂蛋白A1B水平变化探讨 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨血脂和载脂蛋白A1、B与急性脑梗死的关系。方法 选择160例急性脑梗死(ACI)患者,测定血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及载脂蛋白A1(apo A1)和载载脂蛋白B(apo B)水平的变化,与对照组进行比较;并对病情的严重程度与血脂水平的关系进行探讨。结果 急性脑梗死组患者血清TG、TC和LDL-C均比对照组显著为高(P0.05或P0.01),但HDL-C、apo B水平较对照组显著降低(P0.01和0.05)。中、重型组的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、apo B和重型apo A、水平与轻度组相比,差异均有极显著性(P0.01或0.05);与中型组相比,重型组的TG、TC、HDL-C、apo B水平均有显著性变化(P0.05或0.01),但LDL-C、apo A无显著性变化。结论 血脂和与载脂蛋白A1、B水平与急性脑梗死的发病和病情及预后有密切的关系。 　　【关键词】 血脂;载脂蛋白;急性脑梗死 　　 　　Change of lipid and apolipoprotein A1, B level in patients with acute cerebral infarction 　　 　　LI Da-sen.The Nongken Hospital of Maoming,Guangdong Maoming 525200,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective Study the relation between lipid and apolipoprotein A1, B level and acute cerebral infarction. Methods 160 cases of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients were selected. Change of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoprotein A1 (apo A1) and contains the set lipoprotein B (apo B) level were detected, comparing with the control group and studying the relation between the severity of disease and serum lipid levels. Result Serum TG, TC and LDL-C in acute cerebral infarction patients were significant higher than control group (P0.05 or P0.01), but HDL-C, apo B level were significant lower than control group (P0.01 and 0.05). TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, apo B in medium and severe group and apo A level in severe group were highly significant differences comparing with mild group (P0.01 or 0.05). comparing with medium group, TG, TC, HDL-C, apo B level in severe group were sharply changed (P0.05 or 0.01), but there were no significant change in LDL-C,apo A. Conclusion Blood lipids and the apolipoprotein A1, B level are closely related with the incidence of acute cerebral infarction and the severity and prognosis. 　　【Key words】 Lipids;Apolipoprotein;Acute cerebral infarction 　　 　　作者单位:5252
